Drag the handle to compare the site they came to us with against the one we built.
Where it started
Two quite different lettings businesses were sharing one front door. A professional couple looking for a flat and a group of students looking for a house in September want different things, and the old site made both of them hunt.
What we are building
The rebuild leads with Norwich itself, and splits the search into residential and student lets from the first screen rather than three clicks in.
Landlords get their own route through the site, with valuations that start where a landlord is actually looking rather than on a contact page.
Applications and maintenance requests work the same way: on the page the tenant is already on, not on a phone line during office hours.
