Drag the handle to compare the site they came to us with against the one we built.

Where it started

Management is a trust sale. A landlord is not choosing a website, they are choosing who holds the keys to a house worth several hundred thousand pounds and who rings them when the boiler fails.

The old site looked like a lettings board: cream, a signpost photograph, and the same tone for a tenant looking at a flat as for a landlord deciding whether to hand over a portfolio.

What we built

A rich plum identity with a serif editorial voice, which reads as settled rather than discounted, and the brand colour kept strong throughout rather than washed out.

Landlords have their own route: what the service covers, the fees, switching from another agent, buy to let, overseas landlords, and a valuation that is a form rather than a phone number.

The landlord guide opens section by section instead of running to a wall of text, from kerb appeal and interior presentation through to the legal and safety obligations, with the Renters' Rights Act changes set out separately for landlords and for tenants.

Under the bonnet

Properties stay synchronised with the management software, so a let agreed on the system is let agreed on the site and on the portals, without anyone updating three places.

Tenants get the practical end on the web rather than the phone: applications, guarantor forms, repair requests, property alerts, and a rent affordability calculator that answers the question most people are too polite to ring and ask.

The pages nobody reads until they have to

Complaints, terms, privacy, cookies, landlord fees, tenant fees, and the Renters' Rights Act as an overview with a separate guide for landlords and one for tenants.

The cookie banner offers Reject all beside Accept all, and before anyone touches it the site loads nothing from outside at all except its own analytics.
